Spice Club

Kits are available starting September 1 and November 1 Location: Reference Desk Explore new food histories, cuisines, and cultures through spices! November’s featured spice will be ancho chile. Pick up a kit at the Reference Desk starting on the 1st of the month that includes a sample of the featured spice, background about the spice’s origin, and recipes from our cookbook collection. Spice Club kits are free, but supplies are limited. Please, only one kit per household. This program is sponsored by the Friends of the Library. Registration is required.
